- How long does a build take?
- Four to eight weeks from kickoff to systems running in production. Week one is mapping where AI earns its keep, weeks two to six are building and wiring into your stack, and the final stretch is handover.

- How is Grey Wizard different from a McKinsey-style AI consultancy?
- We do not sell slide decks — we build and ship the systems. Senior-only engagements with no juniors on the account, code running in production, and we have actually run the regulated boardrooms we build for, including a BaFin-licensed insurance carrier and the leadership of a top-ten KPMG Fintech100 company.
- Is there a subscription or lock-in?
- No. There is no subscription and no lock-in. When the build is done, the systems, the source code, and the infrastructure are handed to you. They are yours to run, change, and extend — with or without us.
- What tools do you build with?
- We're tool-agnostic. For each engagement we choose the stack that fits your use case and budget — cost-effective tooling over the most expensive option, and your existing tools wherever they already do the job. The aim is the lowest sustainable running cost for systems you own outright.
- Which workflows do you automate?
- Where AI pays off fastest: sales automation, lead and data enrichment, outbound, CRM setup and optimization, online payments, proposal generation, customer onboarding, support, invoices, contracts and accounting integrations, content pipelines, reporting, knowledge management, workflow automation and support, and e-commerce operations. - How do engagements run under GDPR?
- All engagements run under EU data-protection law by default. We are an EU-domiciled controller, we do not move client data out of the EU without an explicit DPA, and we build inside your existing data perimeter wherever possible.
